TC Comm recognizes that its customers sometimes need specialized assistance with design, engineering & commissioning efforts. To address this need and complement its high level of customer service, TC Comm offers several Value-Added Services* including: Advanced Conceptual Network Design, Factory Acceptance Test Service, Set-Up and Test Assistance

Advanced Conceptual Network Design

With its team of networking experts, including JumboSwitch application engineers and licensed CCIE or CCNP, TC Comm will support and assist customer engineers in all phases of network design. If necessary, TC will also send its JumboSwitch application/design team to your site or your customer's site for consultation, presentations and question-answer sessions

Factory Acceptance Test Service

A simulated environment shall be set up at the TC Comm factory to test all inter-connecting equipment and the JumboSwitch network for compliance to requirements and design goals before delivery.

Set-Up and Test Assistance

TC technical staff will assist customer engineers to test inter-connectivity with links and equipment which have not been simulated during the FAT phase. Typically, the majority of these tasks are done at a central staging area before shipping to individual remote locations for final installation and commissioning.
